150BBL Vaccum Tank Trailer



Description
Capacity & envelope: 150 BBL ≈ 6,300 gal (≈ 23,848 L / ~23.9 m³); cylindrical shell with internal baffles to mitigate slosh; typical tandem (2-axle) 25k lb/axle or optional tri-axle running gear; GVWR ~68–90k lb depending on configuration and jurisdiction.
Tank construction: Carbon steel or 304/316L stainless, full-penetration welds; 20–24 in manways, rear load/unload headers; vacuum & pressure relief valves; optional epoxy/phenolic linings for produced water/corrosives.
Vacuum/pressure system: Rotary-vane pump ~400–600 CFM, up to ~27 inHg vacuum; working pressure ~15 psi for assisted discharge; primary/secondary liquid traps, moisture separator, inline filtration; PTO or hydraulic drive.
Chassis & safety: Air-ride suspension, ABS air brakes, LED DOT lighting/conspicuity, ladder & full catwalk with handrail, ground-level controls, sight glass/level indicators; options: steam coils/heat tracing, hose trays, spill-containment, work lights.
Applications: Bulk liquid transport for wastewater, produced water/brines, drilling muds, light crude/condensate, and industrial/municipal slurries in oil & gas and environmental services.
