Description

  • Capacity & envelope: 130 BBL ≈ 5,460 gal (≈ 20,700 L); cylindrical shell with internal baffles to reduce sloshing; typical tandem (2-axle) running gear—25k lb/axle; GVWR 60–80k lb depending on spec and jurisdiction.

  • Tank construction: Carbon steel or stainless (304/316L) shell and heads; full-penetration welds; 20–24″ manways, rear load/unload headers, vacuum relief & pressure relief devices; optional epoxy/phenolic linings for corrosives/produced water.

  • Vacuum/pressure system: Rotary-vane vacuum pump ~360–500 CFM, achieving up to ~27 inHg vacuum; working pressure ~15 psi for assisted discharge; liquid traps, secondary moisture separator, in-line filtration, and PTO/hydraulic drive.

  • Chassis & safety: Air-ride suspension, ABS air brakes, LED DOT lighting/reflective conspicuity, ladder & full catwalk with handrail, ground-level controls, sight glass/level indicators; options: steam coils/heat tracing for viscous fluids, hose trays, spill-containment.

  • Primary applications: Transport of wastewater, drilling muds & produced water, brines, light crude/condensate, and industrial municipal liquids/slurries for oil & gas, environmental services, and vacuum service contractors.
